چکیده

The scientific review presents the biogenesis of miRNAs. To write article, information was searched using databases Scopus, Web Science, MedLine, PubMed, Google Scholar, EMBASE, Global Health, Cochrane Library, CyberLeninka. article shows stages formation mature It is noted that duplex RNAs resulting from DICER-mediated cleavage interact with Argonaute (AGO) proteins to form an effector RNA-induced silencing complex (RISC). shown deficiency AGO leads a significant decrease in amount miRs, and overexpression accompanied by increase level miRs. main assembling fully functional RISC are presented. first stage loading miRs on proteins. second promotion Human diseases associated processing disorders cytoplasm cell Numerous alternative mechanisms involved functionally active characterized. There three classes mirtrons: typical mirtrons, 5’-tailed mirtrons 3’-tailed mirtrons. Endogenous csRNAs resemble Drosha-independent synthetic used experimentally induce gene knockout. Chimeric hairpins non-canonical miR genes transcribed tandem or as part another type small RNA gene. Thus, occurs due complex. core consists microRNA, protein trinucleotide repeat 6. Biogenesis and the regulation of the maturation of miRNAs.

Regulation of gene expression is a fundamental process in both prokaryotic and eukaryotic organisms. Multiple regulatory mechanisms are in place to control gene expression at the level of transcription, post-transcription and post-translation to maintain optimal RNA and protein expressions in cells. miRNAs (microRNAs) are abundant short 21-23 nt non-coding RNAs that are key regulators of virtua...

Investigating the Molecular miRNAs as Biomarkers of Type 2 Diabetes

Introduction: Biomarkers would significantly improve the early detection of the disease and identification of individuals at risk of emerging complications. Diabetes mellitus is a group of diverse and complex metabolic disorders. Both type 1 diabetes (T1D) and type 2 diabetes (T2D) mellitus are associated with distinct alterations in the profile of MicroRNAs (miRNAs) in the blood, which are som...

Diagnostic Utility of miRNAs in Cancer

Cancer is the one of most prevalent and leading causes of death in the world. Current advancements in technology improve the understanding of the pathogenesis and pathology of cancers. But, due to enlarging mortality rates, poor prognosis, and lacunae in clinical early predictive biomarkers provide an important momentum to investigate novel early diagnostic/prognostic markers and spec...

Noncanonical MicroRNA (miRNA) Biogenesis Gives Rise to Retroviral Mimics of Lymphoproliferative and Immunosuppressive Host miRNAs

MicroRNAs (miRNAs) play regulatory roles in diverse processes in both eukaryotic hosts and their viruses, yet fundamental questions remain about which viruses code for miRNAs and the functions that they serve. Simian foamy viruses (SFVs) of Old World monkeys and apes can zoonotically infect humans and, by ill-defined mechanisms, take up lifelong infections in their hosts. Here, we report that S...

Mechanosensitive miRNAs and Bone Formation

Mechanical stimuli are required for the maintenance of skeletal integrity and bone mass. An increasing amount of evidence indicates that multiple regulators (e.g., hormone, cytoskeleton proteins and signaling pathways) are involved in the mechanical stimuli modulating the activities of osteogenic cells and the process of bone formation. Significantly, recent studies have showed that several mic...
